Brittany Randolph, Melissa Serafin, Sarah Evans, Lylya Parish, and Madeline Frost visited the Citadel Career Center on Thursday afternoon. We were able to conduct interviews with an Air Force cadet, a Naval soldier, and a Marine, but the Army employees have yet to obtain permission from their commanders. Once we hear back from them, we will be returning to the mall for more interviews and pictures.
We went to the homeless shelter on Thursday afternoon. They were very open to talking with us and we definitely learned a lot. The photography portion of our group will be returning next week to take more photographs. They felt like they needed time to decide what to photograph from the tour we went on.
We are going to air force academy tomorrow at 11 o clock. We can't shadow a student until next week so we are just going to explore the authorized spaces and explore our experience at this military college. We hope to follow up with the shadowing next week.
